Health Together is a community initiative by the National University Health System(NUHS) and its partners to support health and wellness needs of residents in the western region of Singapore.
Sign up for Health Together to receive health and wellness tips, invitations to community events and health screenings based on your needs, as well as a range of resources such as useful directories, self-help tools and community programmes available around your neighbourhood. You will also gain access to bite-sized health content and interactive quizzes and games to test your knowledge. Stay informed on the latest health trends and make lifestyle choices to stay healthy.

FAQs for Health Together
Launched in May 2023, Health Together is an initiative by the National University Health System (NUHS) and its community partners, aimed to build and support a healthier and engaged population in the west.
By joining Health Together, you will receive health and wellness tips, invitations to community events and health screenings based on your needs, as well as access to a range of resources such as useful directories, self-help tools, and community programmes available around your neighbourhood.
Health Together offers the following:
- Health Library
You will gain access to bite-sized health content and interactive quizzes and games to test your knowledge. Stay informed on the latest health trends and make lifestyle choices to stay healthy. - Self-Help Tools
Our Self-Help Tools are curated resources designed to help you take charge of your health. These include checklists, questionnaires, and health plans that guide you in making informed lifestyle choices. You’ll also find tips on caregiving and healthy living, as well as reminders for age-appropriate health screenings and vaccinations.

You can participate in a variety of events such as Community Health Events, Health Screenings, and Health Talks. Regular health screenings are key in detecting underlying diseases that may go without any signs and symptoms. Health talks delivered by trained medical professionals and community partners provide interactive educational sessions to learn more about preventive health and stay well.

Health Library offers trusted bite-sized information to support your health journey. Whether you are healthy and want to stay well or wish to better manage your chronic condition, the Health Library provides:
- Easy-to-understand infographics themed around the ‘5 Good Habits to Stay Healthy’
- Practical advice to better manage common chronic conditions like diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and obesity
- Interactive quizzes and games to make the learning easy and fun
- Health tips and recommended interventions, based on your health needs
