Located in the heart of Clementi, Wellness Space @ Clementi Peaks brings residents from all stages of life together to learn about preventive health, build meaningful connections with fellow residents and our care team, and be empowered to take the next steps towards better health.  

Our vision is to create a thriving community space where residents take charge of their well-being, fostering a connected and healthy community in Clementi.

Because we believe that our health grows stronger when we build it, together.

At Wellness Space @ Clementi Peaks, you can: 

  • Receive care close to home: Get care support from NUHS Community Care Team through services such as Community Health Post 
  • Plug into weekly activities: Participate in our exciting line-up of social activities designed for all ages  
  • Resource hub: Discover useful health and social resources  
  • Grow your own community: Join interest groups or volunteer with like-minded people

Kopi Talk
Perk up your Fridays with a good cup of coffee, conversations and community! Come and chat with our Community Care Team, including community nurses and health coaches, and discover useful resources available in your neighbourhood.

Wellness Checkpoint
Check in on your health anytime at our self-help Wellness Checkpoint. Measure your height, weight and blood pressure, and explore useful health resources to help you get started on your healthier journey.

Community Library
From bite-sized health and wellness tips to engaging fictional stories, our cosy library corner offers a curated selection of good reads for you and your loved ones. Perfect for learning, unwinding and connecting with like-minded individuals.

Boardgame Wednesday
Beat the midweek blues with our fun and educational boardgame sessions! Guided by our friendly facilitators, discover new and classic games suitable for ages 5 and up!

Community Health Post
Looking for more support in your health journey? Receive healthcare support from NUHS community nurses and health coaches right in your neighbourhood.

  • Prevent falls and improve your balance through guided exercises
