MS MARGARET LEE
Chief Nurse, AH
Trust nurses to lead change and they will redesign care, together with the care team. It is gratifying and energising when diverse teams at Alexandra Hospital are unified to strive for meaningful work and sustainable care models. My aspiration is for nurses to grow in the conviction of our calling, be daring and evolve to withstand the test of time.

MS KATHERINE LEONG
Assistant Director of Nursing & Advanced Practice Nurse, Khoo Teck Puat-National University Children's Medical Institute, NUH
I hope to continue contributing to the care of patients and nurturing younger nurses through teaching and mentorship. I strive to inculcate research as a core competency for all nurses and see it as part of their daily work. Through evidence based practice, nursing will further develop professionally and academically. We would be practising at the highest level through analytical and critical thinking habits and considerations.

My vision is to see Singapore nurses become global ambassadors for our patients, students, fellow colleagues and the public. I am honoured to be in a position to guide future nurse leaders. I will continue to coach fellow nurses and showcase transformative leadership so that every nurse is future-ready to serve the evolving needs of our society. By embracing lifelong learning, incorporating technology and research, and practising collaborative care, I am sure each nurse will be able to make a change that matters!
