From 12 October to 7 November 2026, we are inviting residents to set up CHAMP. Starting something new can feel like a hassle, so we have kept it simple: it is free, it takes only a few minutes, and it runs inside an app you already use — WhatsApp.
To celebrate your step to better health, every new User who sets up CHAMP during the campaign period can receive a $2 FairPrice e-voucher, or a NUHS CHAMP Good Morning Towel or Shopping Trolley Bag at our booths. One redemption per new User, while stocks last.

By enrolling into CHAMP during the campaign period (12 October 2026 to 7 November 2026), you consent to NUHS (National University Health System) collecting, using and disclosing your personal data, including your email address, for the purpose of verifying your eligibility as a new User and processing your redemption.
Data Retention
Personal data collected for this campaign will be retained and managed in accordance with NUHS' records management and data protection requirements, and will only be accessed by authorised personnel for the purposes stated above.
