The NUHS Early Career Guidance Centre (ECG-C) supports medical students, Postgraduate Year 1 (PGY1) doctors, Medical Officers (MOs), International Medical Graduates (IMGs), and overseas Singaporean/Singapore PR medical students as they navigate medical career pathways in Singapore.

We provide up-to-date career information, personalised career guidance, and insights into clinical training pathways across the NUHS cluster. By working closely with clinical leaders, education offices, and healthcare partners, ECG-C empowers aspiring and early-career doctors to make informed career decisions and access opportunities across the cluster.
