NUHS has the privilege of having four healthcare academic institutions within its system. This synergises the efforts of healthcare institutions and schools to be at the forefront of world class healthcare education, nurturing our next generation to be future-ready healthcare professionals.

Medical, Nursing, Allied Health, Pharmacy and Dental students experience real-life hands-on training at our healthcare institutions.  They are taught by experienced healthcare professionals who are dedicated and passionate about imparting knowledge to the students.

Alexandra Hospital (AH) is the first integrated hospital in Singapore that provides one continuum of care for different settings – from acute, sub-acute to rehabilitative. Each patient is taken care of by a single doctor and the same care team to the programme that they are assigned to.

Ng Teng Fong General Hospital (NTFGH) and Jurong Community Hospital (JCH) at the JurongHealth Campus were designed to deliver patient-centred services in a seamless and integrated manner.

National University Hospital (NUH) is Singapore's first restructured hospital with more than 60 medical, surgical and dental specialities. It offers a comprehensive suite of specialist care for adults, women and children.

National University Polyclinics (NUP) comprises a network of seven polyclinics namely Bukit Batok, Bukit Panjang, Choa Chu Kang, Clementi, Jurong, Pioneer and Queenstown. Partnering general practitioners, social care partners and community to ensure the well-being of the community.

Asia's leading medical school and Singapore’s first medical school established in 1905, the NUS Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine offers the M.B.B.S to undergraduates. Singapore’s only dental school and has been in existence since 1929 when it was under the King Edward VII College of Medicine, NUS FOD aims to nurture the next generation of dental professionals to address the increasing demand for Oral Health in Singapore due to the ageing population.
