Health Education Talk: Movement as Medicine: Train the Body, Treat the Brain

Did you know that regular physical activity has shown to be an effective way to support brain health? In this session, we will explore how exercise improves blood flow to the brain, reduces inflammation, and helps the brain form new connections. You will also learn how staying active helps manage conditions, including high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol, which can affect brain function over time.
