Health Education Talk: Why Are My Periods Painful?

Ever wondered why your periods hurt so much? Does the pain start even before your period arrives, or does it seem to move to unexpected places? In this talk, we will explore conditions like endometriosis, adenomyosis and fibroids that can make periods particularly painful. You will learn how these conditions affect women from their teens to their 50s, and discover what can be done to help manage the pain.
