Established by the Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR) and the National University of Singapore (NUS), the Clinical Imaging Research Centre (CIRC) has become an integral part of Singapore’s clinical and translational research landscape.
A multidisciplinary and multinational centre with state-of the-art facilities, CIRC is a national resource for clinical research and training. The team of dedicated and passionate researchers works synergistically and performs diverse clinical research studies with a key focus on diseases which are of particular relevance to Singapore’s population and medical landscape Highly integrative and collaborative, the Centre works with both private and public institutions across Singapore as well as international partners in academic and industrial fields. From advanced imaging to the development and production of radiopharmaceuticals for pre-clinical and human use, the Centre cultivates translational research across Singapore.
In addition, CIRC’s training programmes and courses help nurture clinicians and scientists and prepare them for a future career in research.
