Dr Christopher Keh joined JurongHealth Campus in September 2014 as a Senior Consultant in the Department of General Surgery. He completed his medical training in the UK including the pursuit of a 2-year postgraduate research degree in colorectal cancer in 2003 at the CRC Institute for Cancer Studies, University of Birmingham, UK. Following his training, he was awarded the Royal College of Surgeons and Physicians Glasgow Travelling fellowship grant to deepen his experience in Laparoscopic surgery in Naples, Italy. He practiced as a consultant in colorectal surgery at the University Hospital Birmingham, UK for 10 years before coming to Singapore in 2014.
Currently, Dr Keh treats both general surgery and colorectal patients at JurongHealth Campus. He has a special interest in both colorectal cancer as well as benign colorectal conditions such as hemorrhoids, fistula, screening colonoscopy and general conditions like hernia. Dr Keh is adept at laparoscopic (keyhole) surgery as well as the conventional open surgery. He has always practiced evidence-based medicine and strive to offer the highest standard in patient care.
