Biosketch

Dr Chang Zi Yun graduated from the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore in 2016. She was on the Dean's List in years 2011, 2012, 2014 and 2015. She was conferred Master of Medicine (Internal Medicine) and Membership of the Royal College of Physicians (United Kingdom) in 2018.  Dr Chang completed her specialist training in Renal Medicine at the National University Health System, where she served as the Nephrology Chief Resident during her senior residency. She subsequently continued her leadership development through the Singapore Chief Residency Programme.

She currently serves as Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Department of Medicine, Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore. Committed to medical education, Dr Chang is actively involved in undergraduate as well as postgraduate education. She is currently also a Core Faculty member of the National NUH Post-Graduate Year-1 Programme.

Dr Chang is actively engaged in renal and transplant-related research, with particular interest in precision medicine and pharmacogenomics in the kidney transplant cohort. In recognition of her research potential, she was awarded the National Medical Research Council Research Training Fellowship in 2025.
