NUHS Residency Events
As part of its residency orientation programme, NUHS partners with Outward Bound Singapore (OBS) to provide new residents with an immersive learning experience that promotes personal growth, teamwork and professional development.
Through a series of experiential activities, residents are encouraged to embrace the NUHS core values of Teamwork, Respect, Integrity, Compassion, Excellence and Patient-Centredness, while building meaningful connections with peers across different specialties.
The two-day, one-night programme also brings together senior management, Programme Directors and residents, creating opportunities for new trainees to engage with institutional leaders in a more personal and supportive setting as they begin their residency journey.
