We celebrated the Official Opening of Keat Hong Family Medicine Clinc on 14 March 2018. Set up in care partnership with the National University Health System, Keat Hong FMC provides one-stop, affordable and comprehensive healthcare services that offer much convenience to residents in Choa Chu Kang and the neighbouring Bukit Panjang. It has a team of doctors, nurses, Allied Health Professionals, Patient Service Associates and care coordinators working together to offer personalised care for the management of chronic diseases such as diabetes and hypertension, as well as common ailments such as fever, cough and flu. Ultimately, it is part of the bigger vision to strengthen primary care in the community.
