Dr Kevin Leong graduated from King's College London and completed his training in cardiology, electrophysiology, devices and inherited cardiac conditions with the London Deanery at Imperial College Healthcare and Bart's Health NHS Trusts before his return to Singapore.

In addition to prizes at university and international conferences, he was conferred his PhD by Imperial College London and received the British Heart Rhythm Society Young Investigator of the Year Award for his work. His research interests are in predictive markers of sudden cardiac death, arrhythmias and inherited cardiac conditions.

He is accredited as a specialist in both electrophysiology and cardiac devices by the International Board of Heart Rhythm Examiners and has been accorded Fellow of the Heart Rhythm Society and Royal College of Physicians of London for his contributions to these fields.

Awards
