Biosketch

Dr Desmond Teo graduated from the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine at the National University of Singapore (NUS) and completed his residency training in Advanced Internal Medicine at the National University Health System (NUHS). His areas of clinical and research interests include integrated, inter-disciplinary and high value care, medical education and quality improvement.

Dr Teo is a highly committed medical educator and has received multiple teaching awards for his active involvement in undergraduate and postgraduate medical education. He is currently serving as the Programme Director and Associate Programme Director of the NUHS Advanced Internal Medicine Senior Residency and Internal Medicine Residency Programmes respectively.
