It is the pointing in of the feet when walking in an otherwise normal child.
Causes of In-toeing Gait include:
- Under the age of 2, due to inward curvature of the feet (Metatarsus Adductus)
- In the toddler age, due to inward twisting of the leg (Tibia Intorsion)
- In the school going age, due to malrotation of the thigh bone (Femoral Anteversion)
