This grant call will be in place of the SIG I and SIG II as NUHS is no longer eligible for the grant.
Support and collaboration with experienced Principal Investigator is strongly encouraged for registar clincians and junior paramedical/nursing staff.
Successful applications will be awarded up to $100, 000 over 2 years (extendable for an additional year only on a case-by-case basis).
Eligibility
- Young clinicians apply to staff who are holding an Associate Consultant or Consultant position in NUHS (NUH/NUS)
- Considerations will also be given to:
i) Clinicians who are registar and are required to obtain Head of Department's support (A letter of support for applicatant's protected time and research space is mandatory from Head of Department with the application); OR
ii) Junior paramedical/nursing staff who is required to obtain Head of Department's support. (A letter of support for applicant protected time and research space is madatory from Head of Department with the application);
iii) Only staff members who are Associate Consultant level and above are eligible for funding in support of Drug trials
