Confocal Microscopy Unit (#04-04)


The Confocal Microscopy Unit is a multi-user facility that caters primarily to the imaging needs of the researchers. Our laser equipment includes:


1. Olympus Fluoview FV300, FV500, FV1000 with TIRF
2. Carl Zeiss Lsm510 META

Flow Cytometry Laboratory (#03-13)


Flow cytometry applications include DNA cell cycle analysis, apoptosis and necrosis studies, three or four color immunophenotypic analysis, calcium flux analysis and sterile sorting onto 6, 12, 24 and 96 well plates. Our equipment includes:

2. Dako Cytomation Cyan LX
3. Coulter Epics Altra
