Research @ NUHS

Access to a large patient population at NUH, one of Singapore’s leading public hospitals, combined with a wide range of research specialities and cutting-edge facilities, make NUHS an attractive place to do research that will have a direct impact on patients.

Our research focuses on 5 key areas that are of particular importance to Singapore: Cancers, Cardiovascular Diseases, Diabetes and Metabolic Disease, Neuroscience, and Infectious Diseases.

In each of these "Research Themes", we leverage on our interdiscplinary network of clinical, basic science and public health expertise to facilitate efficient translation of therapies and technologies from bench to bedside.
