Dr Victor K Lee is a consultant pathologist, assistant professor in Pathology at the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine and the program director for residency pathology program in the National University Health System (NUHS), Singapore. He is a medical graduate from Melbourne University and a fellow of the Royal College of Pathologists Australasia. He has obtained his anatomical pathology training in the Monash Medical Centre (Melbourne), ACT pathology and Royal Prince Alfred Hospital, Sydney. His subspecialty interests include soft tissue, bone, brain and molecular pathology. He underwent expert training in neuropathology in Australia at the University of Sydney (under Prof. C Harper), soft tissue and bone pathology training in the United States at the University of Chicago (under Prof. A Montag & T. Krausz) and Emory University(under Prof. S Weiss). Currently, he has an active research interest in sarcoma and bone tumours, pathology informatics and molecular pathology with contributions in peer reviewed articles in basic science and pathology journals and book chapters. Dr Lee is a regular invited speaker both locally and internationally. In medical education, he helps deliver pathology teaching and tutorials to the medical, pharmacy and dentistry undergraduates. He also conducts postgraduate teaching in neuropathology, bone and soft tissue pathology for pathology and orthopaedic residents.
