Dr Lim Chwee Ming

Dr Lim Chwee Ming Associate Consultant, Department of Otolaryngology - Head & Neck Surgery (ENT), National University Hospital MBBS (Singapore), MRCS (Edin), M Med (Otorhinolaryngology) (Singapore)

 

Dr Lim graduated from the Faculty of Medicine, National University of Singapore in 1998. He underwent residency in Otolaryngology in 2003 and was awarded the Gold medal award by the College of Surgeons for the best performing resident in the exit examination organized by the Specialist Training Committee in Otolaryngology in 2009.

 

After completing his specialist training, he joined the Department of Otolaryngology Head & Neck Surgery as an Associate Consultant. His current practice includes General Otolaryngology with his main interest in Head and Neck Oncology. He will be pursuing a 2 year Head and Neck Oncology fellowship programme under the American Head and Neck Society starting 2010.

 

Dr Lim's other interests include research, especially cancer research. He has published several papers in peer reviewed journals and has presented in several international meetings. He was awarded the Clinical Leadership Research grant in 2008 for his project on Human Papillomavirus in Head and Neck Cancers.
