Topic -- 'Family Medicine is ideally practised in primary care setting'

 

 

Instead of a didactic session on Principles and Practices of Family Medicine, residents wrestled with each other through a debate on 4 Novemeber 2011 on the topic--Family Medicine is ideally practised in primary care setting.

 

Dr Tham TY's perfect rendition of chairing the session also won the admiration of many present.

 

The panel of adjudicators consisted of FM HOD, Dr Lim Fong Seng; FM faculty, Dr Victor Loh; and Chair, University Medicine Cluster of NUHS, Prof Lawrence Ho.

 

Invited guests who attended included CEO, Mr Joe Sim, DIO, A/Prof Shirley Ooi and Medical Affairs Education Director Ms Clara Sin.
