Dr Bertrand Ang is a consultant radiologist with the Department of Diagnostic Imaging at the National University Hospital. He graduated from the University of New South Wales, Australia in 1998 and obtained the Masters of Medicine (Diagnostic Radiology) from the National University of Singapore in 2004. Dr Ang was admitted as a Fellow to the Royal College of Radiologists, UK in 2005 and did a fellowship on Oncologic Body Imaging in the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer in 2007.
Dr Ang sits on several Tumour Boards such as Colorectal, Gynaecological Tumor, Upper Gastrointestinal/Hepatobiliary, and Lymphoma rounds. He is also the consultant in charge of the Emergency Department CT scan and oversees the formal implementation of new protocols for evaluation of EMD patients; as well as audit for ED plain film reporting for radiology trainees.
