Leadership at NUHS

The joint venture between the National Healthcare Group (NHG) and the National University of Singapore (NUS), which will oversee the operations of the National University of Hospital, the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine and the Faculty of Dentistry, has been named the National University Health System (NUHS). Professor Tan Chorh Chuan was appointed the Chief Executive of NUHS. He continues in his current roles as Senior Deputy President of NUS and Deputy Chairman of A*STAR.

The NUHS Board was appointed by Ministry of Health (MOH) and Ministry of Education (MOE) to guide the strategic directions of NUHS. The Board is led by Mr Lim Yong Wah, Chairman, Inter-Roller Engineering and former Chair of the Singhealth and NUH Boards. Professor Tan Chorh Chuan is also a member of the Board.
