Case Management Officer (Psychological Medicine)

The Challenges

Under the umbrella of the Women’s Emotional Health Service programme, you will provide case management services for perinatal women who are experiencing distress.  Your job responsibilities  will include managing, co-ordinating and working with strategic partners to develop and implement strategies to facilitate support for perinatal women. You will generate assessment reports, formulate and develop psychosocial intervention plan with patient and / or caregivers and provide psycho education, counselling and supportive therapy to the patients. In addition, you will also provide professional consultation to all levels within the organisation. .

The Requirements

·         Minimum Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Psychiatric Nursing, Occupational Therapy or Social Work with basic counselling experience. ·         You must be a team player and possess good interpersonal and communication skills with a strong passion in helping others. ·         Relevant experience will be an advantage.
