Blood and Marrow Transplant (BMT) Physician (Consultant),

Department of Paediatrics, National University Health System, Singapore

 

The Department of Paediatrics, National University Health System, Singapore is seeking a Paediatric Haematologist/Oncologist with training and experience in blood and marrow transplantation to join our growing BMT program. We perform autologous, matched sibling, unrelated donor, cord blood, and haploidentical donor transplants for patients with cancer and non-neoplastic disorders. The program is currently undergoing FACT accreditation, and has a local and foreign referral base.  We are actively building a strong translational research program focused on cell therapy. Opportunities for clinical and translational research as well as outreach activities abound.

 

Requirements:

  • Physician trained  in  paediatric blood and marrow transplantation with a minimum of 2 years experience in the field
  • Basic Medical degree that can be registered with Singapore Medical Council; and recognised post-graduate qualifications such as MRCP or American Board Certificate (Paediatrics) or its equivalent.
