Job Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the delivery of frontline patient services by performing the functions of registration, cashiering, handling appointments and enquiries in the Specialist Outpatient Clinics.
You will also assist in the co-ordination of patient care and general administration duties.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or NITEC. Fresh school leavers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Service oriented and customer focused.
- Computer literate.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin. Ability to converse in dialects will be advantageous.
