Job Responsibilities
- Assist the Nurse/ Clinic Manager to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations of the clinic and ensure new staff are inducted properly.
- Follow up on patient feedback and help manage difficult situations effectively.
- Maintenance of all facilities in the clinic.
- Review and resolve system and process problems.
- Liaise with other support services Departments like Medical Records Office, Housekeeping where appropriate.
- Assist in timely collation and coordination of clinic statistics required for clinic operations.
- Verify end day cash deposits with cashiers at closing of accounts and reconciliation.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or A Levels holder with at least 3 years full time work experience in frontline customer service from a service related industry.
- Proficiency in MS office applications.
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A service oriented team player.
- Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin.
- Only Singaporeans/ SPRs need apply.
