Senior Admin Assistant/ Executive Assistant, UOHC

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Provide administrative support to the operations team. The wide range of admin duties include reports preparation, research applications, financial documents, handling of incoming and outgoing mails, management of stationery inventory, raising Purchase Orders with our Materials Management Department and other clerical duties as assigned.
  • Reply to patient enquiries/follow ups via emails or phone calls. Where there are instances of patients coming to the Clinic to make enquries, you will be required to help with the team of frontline customer service staff to attend to these requests in a professional manner and within set guidelines.

 

 

Requirements

 

  • Min. Diploma for Executive Assistant post. Candidates with GCE O/ A Levels will qualify for Senior Admin Assistant post.
  • Good written and spoken English.
  • Proficient in MS Office Words, Excel, Powerpoint.
  • Has good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Task oriented and able to meet deadlines.
  • Enjoys working in a fast paced environment.
  • Team player with a can-do personality and service mindset who is able to work well with colleagues at different levels.
