Patient Service Associate, SOC / PSC / Call Centre / Inpatient
- Minimum ‘O’/’N’ Level / Diploma
- Computer literate
- Pleasant personality and passion for service excellence
- Have strong interpersonal and communication skill and ability to keep up with the demand in a challenging environment.
- Manage and provide frontline services with regards to patient registration, appointment and billing / cashiering.
- Perform handover confirmation of cash collection.
- Provide support liaison with the Operating Theatres and Clinical Support Services
- Perform telephone operator duties and administrative work
- Responsible for managing consignment items
- Other duties as assigned by the Nurse Manager or Staff Nurses.
