Responsibilities
- Book SOC appointments for A&E discharged patients.
- Answer phone enquiries for A&E hotline.
- Ad hoc deployment to other A&E counter and admin duties.
Requirements
- GCE ‘O' / GCE ‘A' Levels with at least 1 year frontline customer service experience in any industry.
- Computer literate.
- Pleasant personality with good communication and service skills and enjoy customer service.
- Able to work in a stressful, fast paced environment.

3-rotation shift (including Sat / Sun / PH) |

Morning shift 7am - 2.30pm |

Afternoon shift 2pm - 9.30pm |
|
Night shift 9pm to 7.15am |
