Job Responsibilities
The Customer Support Associate carries out the carpark and security daily duties and patient greeting task to ensure the smooth operations of the Security and Carpark Management services.
Duties include patrolling, traffic controlling, enforcing parking rules, assisting the public, and providing service support to the hospital staff.
Job Requirements
- Secondary Education.
- Experience in carpark and security operations.
- Service oriented and customer focused
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to perform shift work.
