Responsibilities
- Handle patient registration and appointment scheduling/ cancellations.
- Advise patients on service packages and charges (may involve some translation duties).
- Ensure daily appointment list for doctors are prepared timely.
- Process/ collect payments from patients, verify and confirm handover of daily collections.
- Able to work Mon to Fri- PM hours only.
Requirements
- At least GCE 'O' Levels with min. 2 years of customer service work experience.
- Able to converse effectively in both English and Mandarin.
- Service oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Able to work independently and multi task.
- Proficient in MS Words, Excel.
- Singaporeans/ PR Holders only.
