Admin Assistant, Business Office

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Responsible for daily receipting duties, ensuring all receipts are properly accounted for, reconciled and banked-in on a timely basis.
  • Required to liaise with the clinics or centres on their collections as well as external parties such as banks in relation to receipting matters. 
  • Perform petty cash audits.

 

 

Requirements

 

  • GCE ‘O' or ‘A' Level / Diploma in Accounting with at least 1 year experience.
  • Conversant with essential software applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Power Point and knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Able to work independently.
