The Department of Obstetrics & Gynaecology, National University Hospital, Singapore is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Medical Officer. The contract is 2 years renewable.
Requirements:
- Basic MBBS qualification or equivalent, registrable with SMC
- Completed housemanship in an accredited training hospital
- At least 3 years of post-housemanship experience
Responsibilities
- You will rotate to different areas of O&G with emphasis on gaining a wide clinical experience, particularly hands-on activities.
- You will be expected to conduct daily ward rounds, and supervision and teaching of House Officers.
- You will conduct clinics as well as assist in carrying out elective and emergency operations under supervision of senior doctors.
- You will also perform night duties and other clinical duties as decided by the Head of Department and according to the operational requirements of the hospital.
