The Challenges
You will be responsible for building a strong culture in NUH where staff are engaged and motivated to give their best in NUH. For this, you will be involved in key HR functions such as Recruit, Recognise & Reward, Compensate & Benefit and other HRM projects. You will be working in close partnership with management, line departments, business units, union and staff to achieve the short-term and long-term goals and objectives of NUH and HR.
The Requirements
- A university Degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience in HRM Graduate Diploma in HRM will be an added advantage.
- A team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A confident person with passion and drive to excel in the healthcare sector.
