The Emergency Medicine Department at NUH is at the forefront of providing medical care. As a key department in the hospital, we interface with all other medical disciplines in our delivery of care and services to our patients. This includes working with emergency clinical services, laboratory services, diagnostic imaging services, outpatient operations, inpatient operations and many more.

We require individuals who are able to perform a wide range of tasks as follows:-
- Design and implement workflows that optimizes operational efficiency
- Lead in process improvement projects that hinges on Operational Research or Lean methodology
- Drive and maintain Operational and Service Standards
- Manage a team of ground staff and admin staff
- Handle PR issues
- Prepare and submit proposals for initiating new services, initiatives or purchases
The Requirements
- Excellent EQ
- A Good Degree in Science/Business/Engineering is preferred with at least 2-3 years of relevant working experience
- Able to write well; and communicate well with all levels of staff
- Analytical and clear in thoughts
- Able to remain calm, organized and detail oriented amidst rapid changes and multiple demands
- Experience in managing and working in a team
Healthcare experience is an advantage but not a necessity
