The Challenges:
- The successful candidate will be involved in the overall co-ordination and management of the Remodeling Project in the main building of the Hospital
- Monitor the pre-tender preparation progress. This include co-ordinating with the PMs and user rep on the development of user requirements and compilation of tender specifications;
- Work with the PMs and Consultants on the tender evaluations and recommendation of tender award
- Track the progress of the project in collaboration with the PMs and Consultants, and highlight to the consultants deviations from the time line, cost and technical specifications;
- Liaise with the users on the management of disruptions in the course of project.
The Requirements:
- Preferably degree in Engineering , Building, Real Estate, Quantity Surveying or related fields with at least 8 years project management experience in managerial position. Diploma holders with relevant experience may be considered.
- Good knowledge of the construction industry, including the relevant Authority requirements
- Good interpersonal skill with ability to relate to senior management staff, consultants and contractors.
