Project Manager, Corporate Planning & Development

 

The Challenges:

 

  1. The successful candidate will be involved in the overall co-ordination and management of the Remodeling Project in the main building of the Hospital 
  2. Monitor the pre-tender preparation progress. This include co-ordinating with the PMs and user rep on the development of user requirements and compilation of tender specifications;
  3. Work with the PMs and Consultants on the tender evaluations and recommendation of tender award
  4. Track the progress of the project in collaboration with the PMs and Consultants, and highlight to the consultants deviations from the time line, cost and technical specifications;
  5. Liaise with the users on the management of disruptions in the course of project.

 

 

The Requirements:

 

  1. Preferably degree in Engineering , Building, Real Estate, Quantity Surveying or related fields with at least 8 years project management experience in managerial position. Diploma holders with relevant experience may be considered.
  2. Good knowledge of the construction industry, including the relevant Authority requirements
  3. Good interpersonal skill with ability to relate to senior management staff, consultants and contractors.
