You will assist both the Clinic Manager (Cardiac Clinic) and the Head (Division of Vascular Surgery & Endovascular Therapy) - National University Heart Centre, Singapore (NUHCS), in the operational running of the Vascular Diagnostic Centre. Your job scope will include managing the daily operations of the Centre and the coordination and implementation of the various initiatives under the Vascular Medicine & Therapy Core Clinical Program. You are also expected to maintain and update databases as well as provide overall administrative support to the Centre.
The Requirements
- At least "A" levels or Diploma in Business Administration or related fields with minimum 2-3 years of operational and administrative working experience.
- Experience in project management will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is essential.
- Possess a positive, a can-do and proactive working attitude, with initiative and flexibility.
- Meticulous, with good organization skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant and easy going personality.
- Able to work independently.
