The Challenges
- Provides administrative and operational support to the NUHS Way Department Facilitators in their improvement activities throughout the hospital.
- Schedules appointments and meetings for facilitators.
- Perform data entry, typing of correspondences, forms and collating or reports, statistics, etc, for the NUHS Way Team Facilitators
- Assist the NUHS Way Team Facilitators to prepare presentations, analyse data, document improvements and take minutes of meetings
- Makes arrangements for and co-ordinates meetings or events convened by the NUHS Way Team Facilitators, and for catering requirements when necessary.
- Emailing, faxing, copying, and/or distributing notices/materials where required to internal and external customers of NUHS Way.
- Assist with the logistic preparation for NUHS Way events where required, including setting up of rooms, catering of foods and other administrative and operational support to the events.
- Answering phone calls, handling enquiries, conveying messages and web-paging
- Participates in committees and assist in organisation of events
Requirements
- Diploma in Business Adm
- inistration or equivalent preferred
- Good PC skills and proficient in MS Office applications such MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Good business writing skills
- At least two years working experience
- Able to work in a fast paced working environment.
- Meticulous, with strong organisational, interpersonal and communication skills.
