As part of Singapore's first academic medical centre, NUH aims to shape medicine for the future. The Medical Affairs Education Office is at the forefront of advancing medical education.
You will be part of a dynamic team involved in the developmental of the initiatives under the Education Office which includes Medical Undergraduate, Postgraduate and Fellowship Programs. You will work closely with a team, including clinicians, to achieve the vision of educating future medical leaders who are patient-centred, in an environment where relevant research and education drives best clinical practice. As we are embarking on a new era on medical education, we are looking for people who are challenged to learn new things, work in unchartered waters and be able to create and form new educational frameworks, in this newly minted position.
This position will enable you the opportunity to engage Hospital and Clinician Leaders hence allowing the breadth and depth of exposure to various clinical disciplines and overall hospital operations.

Job Scope
We require individuals who are able to perform a wide range of tasks as follows:-
- Engage Hospital and Clinician Leaders on Education needs
- Formulate education policies
- Develop and evaluate funding models
- Develop training roadmap and relevant tracking mechanisms
- Liaise with internal and external parties on financial and regulatory approval, to implement education goals
Requirements
- A Good Degree with at least 8 - 10 years of relevant working experience
- Masters in Education or MBA is preferred
- Excellent EQ
- Proficient writing skills
- Analytical and clear in thoughts
- Organized and detail oriented
- Able to work in a fluid environment , amidst rapid changes and multiple demands
