Manager, Clinical Support Services

 

The Challenges

 

The manager will collaborate with the Clinical Support Services Managers to facilitate the implementation of high impact projects. Examples - MRT Block masterplanning, Main Building and Kent Ridge Wing remodelling. Plan, organise, coordinate, facilitate, monitor and review CSS-initiated NUHS Way, Rapid Improvement Events (RIEs) and 2P improvement projects with the intent of providing safer, faster, better and cheaper care for the customers.

 

The manager will also oversees and facilitates the collation, analysis and reporting of CSS performance data, coordinates and facilitates the consolidation of submissions related to NUHS annual planning cycle including, but not limited to, budgeting & work planning.

 

The Requirements

 

  • Minimum degree
  • Strong analytical, organisational, co-ordination, interpersonal and communication (written & verbal) skills.
  • Proficient in (i) project management skills, and (ii) system-level problem-solving skills.
    Practical knowledge of hospital operations preferred.
  • At least five years of relevant working experience, preferably in the service industry.
  • Proficient in MS applications e.g. Microsoft Word / Excel / Powerpoint.
    Positive, pro-active, motivated with “can-do” attitude.
