The Challenges
Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and Executive in the review, development and implementation of HR policies, plans, processes and programmes. Administer and execute HR functions such as recruitment, benefits, compensation, awards, maintenance of HR records etc.
The Requirements
- Diploma. Certificate in HRM will be an added advantage.
- At least 2 years in human resource function is preferred.
- You should be meticulous with an analytical mind and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well versed in Microsoft Office.
- A good working attitude, initiative and flexibility are essential.
