HRD Executive/ Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager, Human Resource

The Challenges


Reporting to the HRD Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for

  • Being the HRD resource expert to departments
  • Administering and analyze the L&D needs of the departments
  • Designing and delivering soft skills training programmes
  • Vendor Management and evaluation
  • Implementing and evaluating people development initiatives
  • Updating of training policies & processes



The Requirements


  • Degree Holder in HR/Business/Marketing/Psychology/Education
  • Fresh graduates can be considered for Executive position
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Highly motivated, adaptable and strong team player with a passion in healthcare 
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office
