The Challenges
Reporting to the HRD Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for
- Being the HRD resource expert to departments
- Administering and analyze the L&D needs of the departments
- Designing and delivering soft skills training programmes
- Vendor Management and evaluation
- Implementing and evaluating people development initiatives
- Updating of training policies & processes
The Requirements
- Degree Holder in HR/Business/Marketing/Psychology/Education
- Fresh graduates can be considered for Executive position
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Highly motivated, adaptable and strong team player with a passion in healthcare
- Skilled in Microsoft Office
