The Challenges
Taking the role of a Project Manager, you will be responsible for management of Hospital development and expansion projects; from planning & design, costing & scheduling, specification & tender, to construction & final completion. You are expected to work with various operation department, support services, consultants, and contractors to ensure project meeting time schedule, budget and with good quality outcome.
The Requirements
- A Degree holder/Diploma holder in Architecture/Interior Design with minimum 3 years/5 years of relevant experience in planning and execution of new development projects.
- Possess strong project management skills.
- Innovative, good in design planning and detailing is an added advantage.
