Executive, Patient Relations Department

 

The Challenges

 

We seek individuals who are service-oriented and with proven ability to relate to customers of all levels, to join us for the above position.

 

As the hospital's service ambassador, you will promote positive patient relationship through activities such as inpatient visitations and feedback management. Your scope will include service response and recovery and writing for our in-house learning journal. You will also have the opportunity to be involved in quality improvement activities in the hospital.

 

 

The Requirements

 

  • Degree from a recognized university and a minimum of 3 years' working experience in a customer service industry. 
  • Knowledge of statistics, and MS Excel / Access or database software would be useful. 
  • Be a team player who is IT-savvy and able to work with minimum supervision. 
  • Energetic and initiative.
  • Self Starter and able to work under pressure.
  • Possess a confident disposition, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and enjoy working with people.
