Executive Assistant, Patient Relation

 

The Challenges

 

You are required to provide general administrative support to the department eg. processing of Payment Requests, tracking training records, data entries and manage incoming calls to QSM line. You are to maintain stationeries and other office supply if necessary. And you will also be asked to take on other ad-hoc admin duties as assigned.

 

 

The Requirements

 

  • Diploma holder.
  • At least 1 year of experience in administrative function is preferred.
  • Meticulous with an analytical mind and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Well versed in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel
  • A good working attitude, initiative and flexibility are essential.
