You will assist the department on general secretarial and
administrative duties. Your job scope will include the
coordination of meetings, conferences and compilation of reports as well as to
maintain and update the databases in relation to the activities of the NUHCS
and its related administrative areas, and other general clerical duties.
The Requirements
- At
least "A" Levels or Diploma in Business Administration, Computer Science or
related fields with minimum 2-3 years of administrative working experience.
- Proficiency
in Microsoft Words, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential.
- Possess
a positive, a can-do and proactive working attitude, with initiative and flexibility.
- Meticulous,
with good organization skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant
and easy going personality.
