- To assist the Section Head of the Grants, Awards & Fellowships section of the NUHS Research Office in carrying out administrative duties
- To provide secretarial support to senior management
- Assist in the administration of Grants, Awards & Fellowships
- Update and collate statistics/data for management reports

The Requirements
- Diploma from Polytechnic or recognised institute
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Meticulous with good organisational skills; and strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Preferably at least 2 years working experience
