The Challenges


Responsible for the reception desk. Main duties include receiving and directing visitors to the relevant departments, handle visitor enquiries and phone calls, while upholding a professional image at all times. Other responsibilities include coordinating bookings of meeting rooms, distribution of collaterals and administrative support to the department as required


Requirements


  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Possess excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Independent, meticulous and with a pleasant disposition
